April Margret Tuesday-Get Stronger or Get out!

April finally sat down in a small diner near the hotel. She took a few deep breathes. It was somewhat quiet, which wa good for her headache. A waitress brought some water and said "I'm Rachael, I'll be your server today." April stared at rachael. "I'll...come back." rachael said, walking away. April took a sip of water. The coldness of the liquid slightly helped.

Sami was at a nearby food stand questoning the man who worked their innocently "whats the most food I can get for six dollars?" the man thought for a moment "well theirs a stand over by the brigde that has food for cheap but it tastes AWEFULL and" Sami was already off to buy food

April looked out the window to see sami. What's that kid up to? april tapped the window to maybe get his attention.

Sami turned around slowly "oh... um hia I was just buying some food and well Im in line" he said a little suprized that this lady was talking to him

April gestured for him to come inside. She could hear sami a little bit behind the glass, but she wants a coherent conversation.

Sami followed out of fear and sat dow, Taking care to hide Mr. Bun and Skitty "y-yes?"

April sipped her water. "So kid, why do you have pokemon? You said your not a trainer."

Sami drank eagerly, he hadn't had any food or water for a while "well to be honest they... they make the voices go away..." he knew what would come next

April was curious at this. "Voices?" she thought silently. "What do these voices usually say?" april pryed.

"they tell me to do bad stuff... stuff I dont wanna do... thats why I need Mr. Bun and Skitty" there was no way he was lying

Interesting. First time I've heard of pokemon curing skizefrenia. April put her elbows on the table and leaned forward. "And you don't want to battle other trainers because the voices will tell you to hurt them, right?"

he noded "that and fighting is Scary, Skitty could get hurt.."

April looked at skitty. At first menacingly, then it softened up and became a pretty smile. April rubbed skitty's head then returned to her normal state. "I do battle other people."

Sami was unsure how to respon "okay .... then...." Skitty pured and nuzzled her hand, it was really a very affectonate little thing

"But, unlike any other trainer who wishes for the league..." April continued, looking out at all the young people training their pokemon. "...I only battle and win to encourage people to become stronger." she sighed. "Trainers these days think everything will be handed to them on a silver platter. I make them regret thinking that way."

"umm all I really want is food and a place to stay...." said Sami bashfully

April looked at the waitress and she came over. April then looked to sami. "Order what you want. Nothing's too expensive."

"r-really?" this wasunexpected, they ordered and sent some time eating "thank you so much... I dont have to much to gve you but umm..." he searched his pokets thougholy"

April shook her head. "No payment. You use pokemon not to say "I can win" but to say "I have friends"". She ate a piece of pineapple and swallowed before saying "That is admirable."

"thank you..." he realized he id not know her name

April took another piece of fruit. "My name is April Margret Tuesday, I'd rather you not leak it out." then she put the fork into her mouth and took the fruit of with her teeth.

"o-okay then well thank you April-san that was very nice of you" he said finally smiling

April smiled and jokingly said "That's a good girl."

"oh, no Im a boy actually... lots of people make that mistake though..." he siad a little embarised as if he had led her to belive that he was a girl, which he hadnt

April inwardly chuckled. "So, are you done with your food?" This child was different from all the other kids with pokemon. Everyone thought they just had to compete, but this kid...he's special.
